John Paul San Jose
Hi, I’m John!
I was a Chef for 10 years working on a cruise ship in Australia. With those years of hardwork in the kitchen I accumulated a lot of aches, pains and injures especially in my lower back and shoulders.
Because of these injuries, I decided to shift my career out of the kitchen. I first started massaging in a Thai Massage shop and saw how greatly people benefited from massage. This is when I decided to study further as a Remedial Massage Therapist to develop more knowledge, skills and become a massage professional.
People say it’s just a massage, but for me its apart of your body maintenance, even if its regular everyday activities or with jobs involving sitting at a computer all day. Sometimes you may not even know you’re building up tension in your muscles causing headaches, lower back pain etc. Because of these repetitive activities people need someone to loosen those knots and tension and I’m here to help you feel better in either your temporary or chronic pain.
It is my absolute pleasure and personal achievement to see my clients have a positive change after every treatment.
Look forward to seeing you!
